Sierra Nevada Trail Challenge:
The Sierra Nevada Trail Challenge competition combines your finish time from the Sierra Trail Half Marathon on Saturday October 19 with your finish time as a Solo Rider from the TBF MTB 50 Miler mountain bike race on Sunday October 20. The top male and female athletes with the fastest time from both days will win a Free Cruiser Bicycle worth over $500. All athletes racing both days will be automatically entered into the Sierra Nevada Trail Challenge.
From the Bay Area or Sacramento:
Take I-80 East to Roseville and take the Douglas Blvd exit east.
Douglas Blvd will run directly into Folsom Lake State Park.
Turn right at the third stop sign and enter the parking area at Granite Beach.
The start and finish will take place at Granite Beach.
From Reno:
Take I-80 West to Roseville and take the Douglas Blvd exit east.
Douglas Blvd will run directly into Folsom Lake State Park.
Turn right at the third stop sign and enter the parking area at Granite Beach.
The start and finish will take place at Granite Beach.
There is a $10 vehicle charge for day-use or $125 for an annual pass.
