Looking for an early season challenge? Join us each Sunday in February for a focus training session at LAC to culminate into a RACE DAY simulation on March 3rd. Not a member? No problem! You will receive a guest pass for each Sunday as well as one for race day. The triathlon will comprise a 20 min swim, 30 min bike and 5km run. Entry fee is $30 per person/relay team. All participants registered before Feb 4th will receive a T-shirt. There will be food, door prizes and awards on race day.

Course Information:

Swim 20 min in a 25 yard pool
Bike 30 min on stationary bike
Run 5km around an indoor track
