Triathlon Training Camp
March 7th-10th
Get out of the cold and come train with RTA in sunny FLORIDA!
(This camp is open to everyone. You do NOT have to be part of the club to join)
This 4 day comprehensive training camp is ideal for athletes eager to get a leg up on their spring training! This is a perfect camp for those training for Ironman or 70.3 events.
CAMP FEE INCLUDES
Daily coached swim, bike and run sessions. 1:5 Coach/Athlete ratio
Workshop or Lecture each evening
Fueling for all workouts, powered by HAMMER NUTRITION and POWERBAR
COMPLIMENTARY Access to NORMATEC RECOVERY BOOTS (on site Massage available)
Transportation to and from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport & training sessions
