12th annual event offering historic setting with lake swim safety personell including lifegaurds, land of lincoln power squadron, police boats, fire department boats, dive team and actual doctors on course.
Bike consists of flat, fast rolling country roads while run takes place on closed scenic lake roads with SIU medical school staff along both courses.
Our medical staff to racer count is the best in the country.
Unique overall stone awards, slate age group awards, and lunch and awards banquet known throughout Illinois as one of the best.
Our menus vary and our sponsors are quite generous! Finisher awards for all racers.
