  • The event will consist of an indoor 300 meter Swim, 25k Bike & 5k Run.
  • The swim and transition area will be in the state of the art All Seasons Center.
  • You can compete as an individual or as a member of a relay team.

    • Course Information:

  • Pool swim a total of 300 meters and exit at a single exit point.
  • The 25K bike will be an out and back course. Roads are hard surface and the course is flat.
  • The 5K run will also be on hard surface roads.

    • Directions:

  • The swim and transition area is held in the state-of-the-art All Seasons Center.

    • Other Info:

  • ALL proceeds from the 2010 Siouxperman Triathlon will be donated to The Bridge, a local non-profit, faith-based transitional housing program for women and children; and the Family Crisis Center in Sioux Center.
