Apparently, they were noticed committing several traffic offences.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe group was verbally educated about safe cycling in the CBD,\u201d SAPOL said in a published statement by the city\u2019s Advertiser website.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Training time in Adelaide ahead of the 20th <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/TDU?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#TDU<\/a>. And in\u00a0turn we know that they are vulnerable road users who come off second-best when they get in any form collision,\u201d Superintendent Anthony Fioravanti, in charge of SAPOL\u2019s Traffic Support Branch, reported.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOperation Safe Cycling is focused on the two-wheeled community. Both in terms of ensuring they know and obey the laws. But also to protect them from other motorists who need to take care around bike riders.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe can, and will, enforce the law.
