According to the popular weekly magazine, the magistrates were appointed since last summer to look at a possible plot that was &#8220;put together at the highest level&#8221; and that has &#8220;benefited big-name riders, allowing them to take advantage of the latest technological advances in the field of electric motors&#8221;\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to the magazine, the experts are trying to find &#8220;links between international teams, private companies and cycling\u2019s highest authorities&#8221; suggesting that \u201cthe &#8216;extraterrestrial&#8217; performances on some climbs have led to many doubts: have they gone beyond the \u2018biological doping\u2019 that has been used in the peloton for more than a century.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>A subject that breaks the internet<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The famous<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/canardenchaine?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\"> <em>Le Canard Encha\u00een\u00e9<\/em> <\/a>article which was published earlier today on the front page, broke the internet. The two magistrates are apparently being supported by different financial crimes divisions of the French police.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) takes note of the information published today in <em>Le Canard Encha\u00een\u00e9 <\/em>reporting that an investigation is underway in France in the context of the fight against technological fraud. We welcome any assistance that\u00a0we can receive in this field. Which is also one of the key priorities of the UCI President\u2019s mandate.
