Both 1.5 Mile and 3.0 Mile Individual Competitive Distances
3 Mile Relay Event - each athlete swims a 1 Mile Leg
- Nockamixon State Park - Tohickon Boat Launch NOT the Marina
- 7:00 am registration opens, 8:30 am Warm-up, 9:00 am Start
- Pristine Open Water Lake swim in large protected cove. Fully supported with kayak and sailboat escort. Perfect for your first race or PR
- Awards for each race: Top OA Male/Female
- 3 deep in 10 year age divisions from 13 to 80+
