At this time, I only do custom coaching.  I do not provide or sell 'cookie cutter' plans for self-coached athletes.  I custom  coach because believe the partnership between athlete and coach, is the best way to help athletes achieve their goals. What I provide with my coaching service: - Customized training plans, updated on a weekly basis, delivered through the TrainingPeaks App - Unlimited training plan adjustments to accommodate athlete schedule changes - On the fly training plan changes to maximize athlete progress, ensure adequate recovery and to avoid injuries - Workouts that are monitored, with feedback provided - Unlimited athlete driven communication - Zoom meetings to review progress and discuss next steps at least once per month - Race season planning, race strategies and recaps - Quarterly training summaries reviewed via Zoom meetings - The support you need to be successful while balancing endurance sports with life  Full details of my services can be found on my website
