I am a US Triathlon Level I Endurance Coach. Also, I have specialities in Strength, Corrective Exercise, Nutrition, Youth/Junior, long and short course triathlon format (Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 and 140.6). Experienced runner that has had multiple top age group finishes, along with multiple full and half ironman distance finishes. I am an All World Athlete and have qualified for Age Group Nationals and 70.3 Worlds.
