My coaching services are highly adaptable depending on your life circumstances, work load and family commitments.
Beginners, Clydesdale/Athena, Long Course, Off-Road, Women Specific, Youth and Junior, NCAA, High School/Collegiate
I’ve been competitive in running and triathlon since 2006 with age group and overall podium finishes as well as qualifying for 5 Ironman 70.3 World Championships (2016, 2018, 2021-2023), 2 ITU (now called World Triathlon) Standard Distance Duathlon World Championships (2017, 2018), Xterra 21k Trail Run World Championship Age Group World Champion and Ironman Hawaii World Championship (2019) and Ironman St. George World Championship (2022). I have also coached athletes that have qualified for Ironman 70.3 World Championships and ITU/World Triathlon Duathlon World Championships. I’ve run Boston and NYC Marathon qualifying times as well as been on the podium for ultra marathons. Before endurance sports, I coached youth soccer and enjoyed almost any outdoor sports like climbing, fly fishing, kayaking, backpacking and more.
