I coach triathletes that are new to the sport as well as elite and age group athletes in long course triathlon (Ironman 70.3 & Ironman) and long course running (half marathon and marathon).

I am a certified USAT Level 1 triathlon for 20 years. I earned my certification in St. Croix, USVI & coached a wide range of triathletes & runners around the Madison area, all of United States and around the world. I currently have athletes in the US, New Zealand, East Africa and Germany. I have continued my education over all these years. I love coaching, especially beginners!
