Began Coaching w/USAT Level I in 2006; Level II in 2010. IRONMAN Cert 1st year offered. He did his first Triathlon in in 1990. In 2000 he finished his first IRONMAN® race which happened to be The Hawaii World Championships then completed six more IRONMAN® distance races including Korea. He has done many 70.3®, Olympic and Sprint distance races over the years. He began running in the 1972 and completed more than 50 half-marathons and over 25 marathons including The Boston Marathon several times.
