As a USAT Certified Coach, I instruct adult athletes in the following sports: triathlon, swim, bike, & run. My coaching mission is to educate clients to become strategic, with a purposeful plan, in their training and racing, which will lead to improved performance results.
Beginners, Draft Legal, Long Course, Short Course, Youth and Junior
I've been competing in the sport since 1979, having finished over 400 triathlons. I've been coaching athletes for over 40 years, and have an exercise science/physical education background. I'm a member of the USAT Century Club, in addition to having competed in the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon twice.
