I have several basic training plans on my website for the individual that just needs a plan to guide them through their season, whether it be running or triathlon.
I also provide custom coaching based on a clients needs. I will have an interview, and perform a fitness assessment, and then work with the client to build a program that fits their goals and lifestyle. Whether it's a specific goal like a race, or a general goal like improved running economy, we can work together to make you a better version of yourself.
I began cycling in 2012, and did my first "race" (a virtual century) in the spring of 2013. I was hooked! I continued cycling and did my first real race, a 36 mile gravel grinder, in the spring of 2014. That was the same year I got into triathlon. I have since completed several Sprint and Olympic triathlons. I have also completed several running races in the 5k through 1/2 marathon distances, as well as a couple of Ragnar relays.
I was training for a marathon and a 1/2 Ironman in 2017, but a broken ankle foiled my plans. So I plan to complete those races in 2018, as well as a 24 hour bike race.
My enjoyment of the endurance sports led me to pursue coaching. I am an ITCA certified triathlon coach.
