Dan has been coaching athletes for the past 3 years and has a passion for helping his athletes not only achieve but exceed their goals.

Dan began his endurance athletic career in 2003 by completing a century ride around Lake Tahoe for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training. He was hooked. He went on to complete 3 marathons and an olympic distance triathlon with TNT in the next 5 years. Based on his success at competing in this events, he was asked to become a run coach for TNT on the North Shore of Boston. For 4 seasons Dan trained hundreds of individuals to complete in their first event or improve their performance over their previous times.

In 2009 Dan began to seriously train for triathlons and completed several sprint and olympic distance races as well as the Timberman Half Ironman race in New Hampshire. In 2010 Dan continued his triathlon journey by completing many short distance races as well as Ironman Florida, his first full Ironman.

Dan launched GForce Multisport to share his love of endurance sports with others. In addition to coaching, Dan works in the healthcare field and balances work, coaching and family while continuing to train for and compete in his own events. His past experience includes teaching at a private elementary school in Providence, RI. Dan's experience as a teacher as well as balancing a busy schedule are an invaluable resource that he brings to his coaching style. He is able to empathize with the busy professional as well as the beginner athlete.
