I am a Certified USA Triathlon coach level 1 and certified strength and Conditioning coach. I have been participating in triathlon for 8 years and participated at all levels of triathlons and road races. I focus on getting athletes strong,mobile and efficient. You can't race if your not healthy! I also utilize Training peaks for all athletes that would like to use it.
