As your coach I act as your personal consultant - to guide your training and help you achieve your endurance goals. After an introductory interview I design a training plan which fits in with your lifestyle and I make continual adjustments to keep pace with your fitness level and changing work/family/travel schedule. I offer technical, nutritional and equipment advice and provide you with tips and tricks to make your next race faster. My coaching is most effective in our squad community enviroment. We're with you every step of the way.
I am also available to to work with you in person or on a one off basis. Services include: swim, bike or run technique pacing

A good triathlon training program is a sustainable one. One that becomes a lifestyle, not a burden.
