The first step is commitment that you want to become a better athlete. The second step is to contact Coach TJ to arrange a half hour meeting to determine if this program is right for you. The third step is to set up your initial training session.

TJ has been involved competitive swimmer since 1978, and completed in his first multisport event in 1987. His recent list of achievements include 4 triathlons in 2006, including a 4th place finish in his age group. Additionally, Coach TJ is currently a swimmer on the local masters team. 2009 Season Update: In 2009, Coach TJ ran the Indianapolis Mini Marathon, competed in Steelhead Ironman 70.3 (A race), placed 5th at Chicagos Big Shoulders 5k/2.5k National Masters Swimming Open Water Championship. He also had a great showing at Tri Indy Olympic Distance Triathlon, Breakaway Bicycle Clubs 40k TT, and many other smaller races. In 2009, we also decided to work hard at giving back to the multisports community, volunteering at several triathlons and running races, as well became a volunteer for the Hamilton County Special Olympics. We also helped train local children how to be safe in the water, as well as coached individual swimmers as well as swimmers at a Masters level and triathletes. All in all, this was a very successful, groundbreaking year for us.
