Coach Kennedy Swim Academy
Los Angeles, CA
Are you a dedicated swimmer who has your heart solely into building your endurance for swimming competitions? Or, are you an avid person who is eager to try your hand at a new sport which can get you into the best shape of your life? If so, then you can achieve your goals through my exceptional training techniques. Regardless of your specific needs or your age, Coach Kennedy's Swim Academy will customize and provide a personal regimen based on your objective. Swimming, not only can get you into good physical condition, but also works your mind as well as every muscle without muscle stress or causing sports injury. Learn this sport and love it as much as I do. Coach Kennedy's Swim Academy takes beginners from a No! No! No! to Yes, Yes, Yes, and those advanced swimmers from a YES, YES, YES to a MORE, MORE, MORE. Studies clearly show swimming builds character and it also teaches you love, respect, and passion. Like anything good, it takes time to demonstrate this improvement. You must believe in yourself! With the joint effort of the parents, children and the coach, you will clearly see these changes develop. Once those changes are achieved, the amount of satisfaction attained is unmeasurable, coupled with self-accomplishment, pride and joy. Swimming can teach you to respect men and women equally. Women, in most cases, train harder and better than men. Swimming can also teach you that work comes before rewards. Hard work brings you bigger rewards. Initial swimming or continuous swimming takes a team. That team is comprised or you and your coach. It is proven, working together, a team obtains a better result than a person who tries to make it on their own. The success of the team is the result of the hard work of individuals.
As a competitive swimmer and diver, I am focused on goals and not distracted neither by fears nor daunting challenges.
