Katherine is a USAT Certified Coach, American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Screen Certified and a USA Track and Field Certified Coach. She was the assistant track and field and cross country coach at Johns Hopkins University from 2004-2007. Katherine is a former USA Triathlon Junior National Team member and competed in two ITU Junior World Triathlon Championships. She has coached all abilities from those wanting to complete their first triathlon to NCAA finalists in track and field. Katherines goal is to help her athletes achieve their personal triathlon and running goals while having fun and staying injury free.
