I provide workouts for a 3-4 week timeframe and request input and feedback throughout these cycles. I use a method of building up more progressive workouts over this timeframe. I listen to client goals and use training metrics to figure out the best way to achieve their goals.

I've been a multisport coach for 4 years and have coached over 20 athletes to Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, Ironman, Xterra World Championship, Marathon, and Half Marathon finishes. I work with athletes remotely and in-person and love watching clients have fun and achieve their goals!
