We offer one on one coaching, either in person or online at affordable quarterly, monthly, or single session rates. We can provide individual and group training plans for multisport, running or swimming events, including personal training, general fitness, and nutirional guidance. All plans and coaching advice is built on the concepts of periodization and planning for peak events, as needed.
Triathlon, duathlon, cycling and running events from 5k to ultra. We apply solid biomechaincal principles to all sport movement to prevent injury and maximize energy conservation.
Jacquie is a certified USA Triathlon level 1 coach and ASCA/USA Swimming level 1 coach, as well as a certified instructor in ChiRunning. She is a Head Coach with Team in Training in the San Francisco bay area. She has coached all ages and levels of adult athlete, from beginning, older and female athletes to age group podium winners.
