USAT level 1 certified coach with D3 Multisport. I have been a triathlete for 8 years with a passion for the sport as an athlete and coach. I believe that you want to have fun and enjoy this while working hard to achieve your goals. As a coach we want to help you reach these goals while keeping a balance in your life. As triathletes we are busy people with family & friends who support our love and passion for this sport and whom we want to keep that balance with. I feel strongly that that is one of the important things I do............help structure & balance your training around the other things in your life...........AND above all else.......keep it FUN!!!!!
