I like to provide training plans in 4 week periods with feedback each week as to how the training is going and if anything needs to be modified that then can be done. Depending on where an athlete is located there is a lot of email and phone communication and in ideal situations meeting with the athlete one on one. On average I charge $100/ month depending on the amount of communication an athlete wants and needs.

I cant begin to emphasize the importance of sport in our lives. Not only does sport help maintain fitness and health, it provides emotional benefits too. Sport teaches life lessons. You learn how to win and lose gracefully, how to set personal goals and motivate yourself to achieve them. I enjoy helping people find the balance that sport brings. As a coach I want my athletes to feel a sense of accomplishment, achieve their goals and enjoy themselves all at the same time.
