Certified USAT Coach & First Responder, BS in Psychology, & working towards a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. Competing in triathlons has made my life more fulfilling & exciting. As I have become a better, more conditioned athlete, my attitude towards my self, others, & life has changed for the better. I've learned the importance of training from the inside-out. I want to help other athletes reach their true potential by incorporating a training program which focuses on training the whole individual.
