Even though I use the internet to track and write my clients workouts, I view it as just another tool and not the end all and be all of coaching. I provide personal attention, including daily contact if needed via email or phone. Each training plan is individualized to the client's fitness, goals and time available to train. I provide coaching plans either either written weekly or by the month. I also offer personal swim, run and bike technique sessions.
