I started my Mutisport adventures in 1997 with my first Duathlon, after the first race I was hooked. I Really fell in Love with Off-Road Triathlon, and have raced the Xterra Off-Road Series since 1998. I've raced a wide varieity of distances, and have had fun at them all. I believe in hard work mixed with a little bit of fun, which can produce outstanding results. I love the art of inspiration along with creating a friendship, and getting to know my athletes. It is important to enjoy, and create a fun atmosphere where all levels can enjoy a great way of life.
I love to coach, I also love to inspire.
