I am a USAT level I Coach and have coached for 3 years. I have coached clients at all distances. I have also coached several National Agegroup qualifiers. I have competed in all distances of Triathlon. I started with my first sprint tri in May of 2002. I have competed for 6 years. I grew up playing soccer, wrestling, basball and played soccer and lacrosse in College. I have coached High School Wrestling and Soccer. Completed Ironman Coeur d'Alene (11:43:59) and 5430 Long Course (4:45). I also have 3 age group wins in 2005 including Regional Sprint Champion (Rocky Mountain Region) at Rattlesnake. Physical Education Teacher, CPR and First aid Certified, Masters in Physical Education
