I coach athletes of all levels from beginners to Olympic and World Qualifiers in running, cycling and triathlon in all distances. I have been coaching for over 18 years and currently still compete in running, cycling and triathlon events. I believe that I can help any athlete to find the best in themselves and to reach new levels of conditioning and competition.
Through my coaching I have coached athletes to meet
Olympic Qualifying standards, Paralympic track & field athletes to qualify
and compete in national championships, triathletes and duathletes to compete in
national and world championships, including podium finishes at the Hawaii
Ironman World Championships and World Championships in Belgium, Australia, New
Zealand and Newfoundland.
