Coaching Program: If you are interested in getting cutting edge training and having a successful training/racing experience my individual triathlon training programs are for athletes of all fitness levels, experience and backgrounds, age group through professional. Each training program is flexible so day to day demands can fit in with your individual training needs.

Your personalized training program will start with a one-to-one initial consultation, in person or via the phone, with me as your coach. This session is used to determine your goals, exercise and training experience, current fitness level, personal demands, training region, current training hydration and fueling practice and much more. This consultation is designed to assist me in developing your individualized training program. Based on this review, your personalized program will be created. This program provides you a very specific day to day training regimen, accounting for workouts in all three disciplines, combination workouts (swim-bikes and/or bike-runs) and race scheduling.

Your program includes a monthly workout/race schedule as well as a complete strength conditioning program, stretching routine, comprehensive pre-, during and post workout/race nutrition and hydration and race strategy/preparation. Communication regarding your training program, your progress, schedules changes, etc is unlimited, and can evolve based on your needs as an athlete. You are also encouraged to ask questions, voice concerns and provide feedback about your training. I am here to not only provide technical training programs but to support and motive you throughout this journey.
