I will work with you to develop an individualized coaching plan based upon your fitness and financial needs, level of experience and type of support you desire. Coaching can be provided strictly through consultative support (computer or telephone) although I prefer one on one training or a combination of both one-on-one and consultative. I can also participate in registered events with you. In addition, I can incorporate a broad range of training techniques such resistance training, free weights and TRX to strengthen the core in addition to a nutritional analysis. Your training program will be modified regularly so we can focus on specific areas or types of training as you progress. Please refer to my website at topshelfhealthllc.com for complete details on my background and services.
While I have a broad background and experience with clients of all ages, I do specialize in cycling and running, as well as women and those over age 40.
I discovered a passion for triathlons after attending the Kona Ironman in 2006 and participated in my first Ironman (Louisville) in 2007. Since that time I have participated in a number of triathlons including Ironman Arizona, Ironman Boulder (half) and local sprints as well as numerous marathons and cycling events. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NPTI), a Level 1 USAT Certified Triathlon Coach and a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA). I have spent almost 20 years in the fitness industry. I am committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals whether it is a sprint triathlon or Ironman.
