My coaching services include both run and triathlon coaching as well as return to run/triathlon after injury. I also provide up to date, research based strength training programs for runners and triathletes.
Beginners, Short Course, High School/Collegiate
I assistant coached for the track and cross country teams at St Paul's Episcopal School in Mobile, Alabama for 2 years (2020-2022) working mostly with the distance girls. I decided (based on my education and skills) to focus more on injury mitigation, injury rehabilitation and strength training for runners after my two years of coaching. I still work very closely with the current track and cross country coaching staff helping the runners stay strong and injury free. I have also formed close relationships with coaches, parents and athletes from other teams at St Paul's guiding and working with them on injury rehab, mitigation and strength training to allow them to excel in their respective sports.
