I have had great coaching in the past and base my coaching on the style the best coach I have ever had.
I was asked to help a friend out get through their first Ironman. I had such a great experience helping that athlete to their finish. After that a few more people asked me to help them. Started coaching part time for about 8 or 9 years. I realized that this was want I really enjoyed and wanted to do so I shut down my old company (of 29 years) and started coaching full time. I am very lucky to be doing something I love.
