My coaching philosophy is based on an athlete centered approach which requires effective athlete/coach communication. Educating the athlete is an important part of the process and athlete's journey. As your coach, it’s my job to know the science of training and use it appropriately to help you achieve your goals. Effective athlete/coach communication adds context to the training plan and workout data.

As a competitive athlete who has qualified for Ironman Championships several times, I know first hand the commitment required as an athlete.
