I am a professional Duathlete, specializing in Intermediate and Long Course Triathlon and Duathlon. I have been coaching since 2018, starting in cycling. I hold coaching licenses in USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, and USA Track and Field. I have coached many athletes to PRs and great fitness. I don’t believe in restrictions, so there are no restrictions to communication or plan changes. I also maintain a low price per month because, as a high level athlete, we need resources for good equipment.
