CFF was founded in 2008 with a focus on bike fitting and coaching both road and off-road cyclists. Multisport was added shortly thereafter and has been my specialty for coaching and bike fitting since 2015.

My passion for racing on two wheels started with motocross in the 80’s followed by mountain bike and cyclocross racing from 1995-2015, and finally into my latest reincarnation as an on/off road triathlete & coach for the past 8 years.
