I teach running and indoor cycling classes at a local wellness center. I offer individualized training plans for those who need some help preparing for a specific event. I can offer coaching services to those interested in taking their competition to the next level.
Triathlon, Running
I was a college cross-country runner. I later got into triathlon and really enjoy the variety of training. I became a USAT Level 1 Certified Coach in 2011. I'm a high school teacher and coach and am also involved in coaching and training at a local wellness center.
