I am dedicated to helping both new triathletes to learn to love the sport and veteran triathletes to accomplish goals they set for themselves. I believe everyone possesses the physical ability to be a successful triathlete. The challenge is connecting one’s mental attitude to those physical abilities.
I will help you conquer that challenge. I have been coaching since about 2003 and have helped hundred of triathletes cross the finish line of their race and have most recently been coaching runners and walkers.
Some of my certifications are:
- USAT level 1 certified coach
- RRCA Certified running coach
- Trained more than 500 athletes of varying experience
- Certified coach by Dave Scott, 6-time Ironman World Champion
- Triathlon coach and running coach in the Dallas metroplex since 2003.
