Hello my triathlon back ground began in the Seattle in 1983. The first Ironman I complete was in 1986 Ironman Canada.
In conjuction with owning a swimming and triathlon specialty store in Bellingham Washington. I am offering individual and group coaching. I lead individual or groups of athletes in open water clinics to improve stroke efficiencies and areobic performamce. I coach iron distance athletes as well as group newbie activites. I was on several Team in Training triathlon programs in Bellingham, and have always enjoyed working with people interested in participating in triathlon at any level.
I have a Mastes of Science Psycholgy and am a Liscenced Mental Health Counselor.
