Whether you're looking to train for your first 5k or your first Ironman, or you'd like to get into a consistent training routine, I will tailor a program to fit your needs. As a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, I've coached 100+ athletes to the triathlon finish line, and have personally competed in marathons, ultra trail marathons and Ironman triathlons.

On-the-Road Personal Training

Some athletes may desire hands-on training, either periodically or regularly as they train for their event. I will meet you for a swim, run or bike workout, providing motivation and ensuring you are working at the appropriate intensity, or provide an assessment of your swim or run form.

Remote Personal Training or Racing

Do you prefer to work out on your own, but aren’t quite sure what to do? Let me prepare a personalized training plan to meet your fitness goals based around the equipment you have available or design a training program that will prepare you for your event – marathon, triathlon, charity bike ride, or off-season sports conditioning.

Group Training

I will put together an exhilarating workout for you and your friends. You name the type of workout and I will take care of the rest. Group cardio, cycle, run, swim, hike, there's a variety of ways to have fun and get fit together.

Jean Gillis is a USAT 1 Triathlon Coach, ChiRunning Instructor, ACSM Personal Trainer, and Certified Holistic Health Coach. Interested in health and wellness all her life, she has been coaching triathlon for the past eight years. Jean is an experienced endurance athlete, two-time Ironman triathlete, ultra distance trail runner and marathoner. Diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2012, but determined to improve her health without medication, she now uses the knowledge gained from that journey to inspire others to take charge of their health, and empower them with the tools to do so. She supports and motivates people in reaching their wellness and fitness goals through lifestyle changes which address nutrition, exercise, weight and stress management, mindfulness, life balance, and positive psychology.
