Hi, I'm Glen Poklikuha, and you're in luck, endurance training is not only my expertise, it is my passion. Let my experience and knowledge gained from thirteen years and over 160 endurance races, coupled with five years of graduate school courses and research in exercise physiology and biomechanics work for you by minimizing downtime, increasing training effectiveness, all the while motivating you to achieve your goals.
Ive taught hundreds of college students in the field of exercise science, worked with people from 14 to 84 years of age at Covenant Health System's Lifestyle Center, and kept abreast of the latest research in health and physical performance.
Notable finishes and titles among my 160+ endurance races include several overall wins in both running and triathlon races, as well as first place age group and top ten overall finishes in New Mexico's Milkman Regional Championship and Sportspectrum's River Cities Triathlon. Notable off-road triathlon performances include USAT's Off-Road Duathlon Champion and Xterra West Championship, in which I qualified for Xterra World's 30-34 age group.
