Matt improves his clients endurance, technique and mental preparedness in all the swim, bike and run. Matt has conquered his own knee reconstruction, weight loss and Ironman in extreme conditions so he will help support you and help develop your plan to reach your goals. Matt is a certified Personal Trainer, Clinical Exercise Specialist and USA Triathlon Level 2 Coach. Matt weekly works with clients on swim, bike and run technique, training plans, strength training, nutritional guidance, and joint range of motion imprvement.
