Coach Monica lives in Louisville, KY where she earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a Masters in Business Administration. Monica is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and is a USA Triathlon Certified Level 1 Coach. She has been training/coaching athletes for over three years and racing in triathlons for over four. Monica specializes in Ironman and half-Iron distance races. She 2x Top 20 Overall Ironman fininsher, competed in Kona, and placed 5th AG in the ITU World Championships. Be on the lookout for her in 2009!
