PTS works with athletes on a journey towards a life of endurance fitness. Our athletes vary, from those looking to complete their first Ironman to those tackling their first triathlon!
Patrick is a USA Triathlon Level One Certified Coach who has been coaching endurance athletes since 2001. Patrick founded PTS in early 2003 in order to bring his passion for triathlon and endurance sports to a larger group of athletes. Performance Training Systems is a Boston-based coaching group dedicated to supporting athletes of all levels in their quest to realize their fitness potential. PTS coaches work with triathletes, runners and cyclists across the country using internet-based training programs. Athletes in the Greater Boston area benefit from additional group workouts and one-on-one meetings.
