I've completed over 130 triathlons from sprint to Ironman distance including the Hawaii Ironman. Prior to triathlon, my background was in weight training and nutrition/supplementation. Using this background, combined with a Master's degree in engineering and an ACSM Personal Training certification, I have created detailed training protocols that work.
