For the person looking to improve their health and start a fitness program. This customized program is designed by Tricia Davis, PT and is built around your schedule, current fitness level, physical limitations, and equipment available to you! If you aren’t a cyclist, and just want to improve your overall fitness or lose weight, this program is designed for you!

 

  • Scientific evidence based cross training exercises and recovery strategies, specific individualized injury prevention and monitoring
  • Initial wellness and personalized injury history review
  • Individual wellness goals- health markers, stressors, life balance, mental training, review of personal strengths and weaknesses
  • Weekly body scan inventory to prevent injuries
  • Monthly phone call to share progress results

 

Nutrition Coaching: $175/month

(Start-up fee $99)

 

Work with Nutrition Coach Julie Cornelius, MS, every month to improve your nutrition! Figuring out what to eat, how to shop for food, or what you should be eating when training for a specific event can be overwhelming. Let Julie make your life easier by providing a custom nutrition plan, tell you exactly what to do and help you reach your health, fitness and weight loss goals!

Tricia enjoys coaching elite and beginner level mountain bikers, athletes for their first Ironman, elite level mountain bikers, beginner and seasoned triathletes, xterra athletes, athletes who compete in multi day mountain bike stage races.

Here are some of her specialties and favorite races she has competed in:

  • Triathlon- sprint, olympic, half ironman, full ironman, offroad triathlon- favorite races: Xterra World Championships in Maui, Xterra Nationals in Ogden, Ironman Canada and Ironman St.George
  • Mountain biking- cross country, 50/100 milers, 12/24 hour racing, multi-day stage races - favorite races: BC Bike Race, Breckenridge Epic, Shenandoah Mountain 100, TransRockies
  • others: duathlon, road racing, cyclocross, trail/5/10K, half marathon and full marathon running races, open water swim races
  • also enjoy: hanging out with my husband Chad, hammock time, hot tubs, traveling, cooking, crafting, stand up paddle boarding and encouraging people to try new things
  • In my past life: snowboarding, telemark skiing, rock and ice climbing, skijoring, ski-touring and winter camping (before moving to Arizona)

We work with people who are cyclists, triathletes, runners, mountain bikers, endurance athletes, and people who just want to train to lose weight and be healthy.  We create custom training and nutrition plans and also offer basic plans for those needing a more economical approach to their fitness and nutrition.  Whoever you are, we are here to help you on your journey!

Tricia Davis, PT is a hyperkinetic, Canadian trained physiotherapist and athlete. Good at seeing the big picture, she is able to focus on the most important specific details for you to achieve success.  Tricia thrives most in helping those with limited time by providing evidence based training and skill acquisition in order to make training the most efficient way to attain goals while reducing risk of injury.  Tricia is passionate about health, wellness and efficiency in sport while maintaining a balance in all aspects of life.  She uses humor to connect with people, and shoots straight from the hip - doesn’t beat around the bush.
