Will train individuals and groups. Provide one-on-one consulation to assess your goals and provide baseline fitness assessment and testing for swim, bike and run. Online training is available as well as face-to-face training sessions. Weekly emails and phone calls. Will provide personalized training plans for triathlon, duathlon, running and cycling.
Tracy has competed in triathlons for more than eight years. She has completed more than 50 events, including sprint, olympic, half-ironman and ironman distances. She loves cycling and also participates in marathons and half marathons and serves as race director of the Frosty Frog 5K.
She is a USA Triathlon Level I certified coach, a USA Cycling Level 3 certified coach, a certified personal trainer, and is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.
