We provide coaching for triathlon, duathlon, running and cycling. Our athltetes race all distances from sprint triathlons to Ironmans, from 5Ks to marathons and all length duathlons and bicycle rides and races. Not only do we provide individually prepared training plans, we also offer a variety of performance improving services such as video analysis.

Training plans are only as successful as they are fun. Good race results are enjoyable, but there ability to motivate is often fleeting. The mission of Dig It Triathlon and Multisport is to specifically identify what clients "dig" about their training, and to use that knowledge as the central means to maximize their performance. We want clients to come as close as they can to having it all - doing what they love while simultaneously maximizing their performance.
