TRIstacey Coaching offers expert coaching for athletes of all levels and abilities. Our model is hands-on coaching with a small roster and great attention to detail. Multisport or single-sport athletes are welcome.

Coach Stacey is a former Professional Triathlete turned full-time Coach. Her certifications include USATF, USA Cycling Level II with Distinction, USAT Level II, WSI, TRX, and Certified Professional Rescuer. In her 6th year of coaching, she has published on Active.com, served on faculty for USAT continuing education, and been an elected speaker at NC Multisport Expo for its two years of existence.
